Classic Beef Stroganoff

Start by cooking thinly sliced beef strips in a hot skillet until browned. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms until tender. Stir in sour cream and beef broth, then add the beef back to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve over egg noodles or rice for a hearty meal.
