Quinoa and Black Bean Salad

Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool. In a large bowl, mix cooked quinoa, rinsed black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, chopped cilantro, and red onion. Dress with lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
